Naomi’s artwork can be seen as beautiful, colorful and impactful just like herself, her artwork is just like her personality; colorful, bright and loving in every way. Naomi’s artwork has been impactful throughout Fresno and the central valley and her contributions standalone, from all that she has done by helping others and fellow artists like herself by starting a local art magazine called “Pay the artist” which featured local artists from Fresno showcasing poetry, artwork and creativity and helping others displaying art works to the public in the many art shows she curated for Art Hop. She has always been a helping hand in getting others their feet inside the door when it comes to art and friendship. Naomi has been involved in art hop for more than 15 years and has been an artist since she was born.
Her brush strokes tell a story, and her paintings send a message. Her passion is in her artwork, and her craft is unmatchable. Naomi’s history and art can be seen all over Fresno in which she helped and taught students in Fresno unified schools to paint murals with The Fresno mural programs which painted over 60 murals from 2021 – 2023. Those 60 murals were with Naomi’s help and guidance which led her to now teach art during after school for enrichment for schools across Fresno Unified in which the students benefit so much from her and her teaching abilities and her passion for heart. She loves each student, and she loves having to teach art every day to underprivileged children and to students who have no knowledge of art as well as workshops for the community and painting murals with the youth outside of Fresno and in Fresno, that includes the Fresno Fair and Fresnes Fest and a mural in Kerman. Naomi’s joy and love comes from her artwork; her artwork speaks for itself and her dedication to helping others is shown in impactful ways.
